How do I sign in or link my identity?#
Choose UAE PASS in Tabbio and follow the consent steps. On a phone, the flow can open the UAE PASS app and use a web view when needed. Return to Tabbio before you close the flow. Linking also checks that the identity is not already attached to another account.
Why can a name look different?#
UAE PASS name fields can include empty comma-separated parts. Tabbio uses the available parts for display without treating the provider record as invalid.
What should I do if the return fails?#
Try again on the same device and keep both apps current. Never send an authorization code to support. If the browser opens but Tabbio does not, record the time and safe error text.
Frequently asked questions#
Can I edit a verified value in Tabbio?#
A value that comes directly from UAE PASS may be read-only. Update an incorrect identity value through the provider process that owns it.
Does Tabbio store my UAE PASS authorization code?#
The code is used to complete the sign-in exchange. Do not copy it into a message, screenshot, or support request.
