Company workspaces

Create and enter a company#

A company workspace owns its company profile, team access, jobs, applicants, candidate activity, shared library content, projects, and shortlists. The active workspace is visible in the application shell.

Team access#

Invite only the people who need access and give them the smallest role that supports their work. Company-scoped tools and MCP tokens honor the workspace boundary; UI visibility is not the only authorization control.

Switch deliberately#

Check the active company before publishing a job, contacting a candidate, changing a pipeline stage, or approving an MCP action. Personal CV and job-seeker data remain in the personal workspace unless a specific sharing workflow grants access.
