Use this glossary when a Tabbio guide introduces an unfamiliar product or technical term.

Career and CV terms#

Term	Meaning
WebCV	A CV presented on a Tabbio web page when public sharing is enabled.
Smart CV	A structured CV created from your Tabbio profile and CV information.
Tailored CV	A separate CV version focused on one role or application.
Application Studio	A workspace that keeps a target job and its CV, letter, research, answers, and preparation together.

AI and connection terms#

Term	Meaning
Skill	Saved instructions and declared context for a repeatable task.
Career memory	Career stories, preferences, and context saved outside the CV for later use.
Nova	Tabbio's automation system for checked plans, triggers, steps, and run history.
MCP	Model Context Protocol, the standard used by compatible AI clients to call Tabbio tools.
Personal token	A secret created in Tabbio for MCP access. It is shown once and can be revoked.
Connection	Approved access between Tabbio and another service or AI client.

Jobs and employer terms#

Term	Meaning
Tabbio apply	A role that accepts the application inside Tabbio.
External apply	A role that sends you to the employer or its application system.
Company workspace	A separate area for a company's team, jobs, candidates, Library, and shortlists.
Talent Library	A company's private place for reusable candidate and hiring work.
Shortlist	A focused group of candidates shared for one review decision.
