Troubleshooting and support

Collect safe diagnostics, retry the correct boundary, and contact support without exposing secrets.

Start with the visible state#

Read the message, confirm the active account and workspace, check network access, and retry once. For a provider connection, check that provider too. For an external job application, the employer system is authoritative after handoff.

Capture useful diagnostics#

Record the time and timezone, platform and version, page or feature, safe error text, and the action immediately before the problem. Include a screenshot only after hiding personal data, employer-confidential material, tokens, and payment information.

Never send secrets#

Do not send passwords, OTPs, OAuth codes, MCP tokens, provider access tokens, private share tokens, database URLs, or payment-card data. Tabbio support should not need them.

Service status#

A temporary partial outage can affect one provider or delivery channel while the rest of Tabbio remains healthy. Preserve your draft and retry after the affected service recovers.
